Excellent Support and User-Friendly, But Implementation Took Longer Than Initially Promised
I have just completed the implementation of Data Blend and Valentina was extremely supportive and on hand whenever i required assistance. I do not have an IT background, although she demonstrated the system in a way i understood how things worked to the point i was able to solve some issues for myself.

User-Friendly Interface but Frustrating Login Timeouts
The user interface is very user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and quickly find what I need. Whenever I encounter an error, I can easily step into a workflow to identify and resolve the issue. I also find the Customer Support team to be prompt and helpful. I want to give special mention to Emily, who personally added another step to our workflow to make things even easier for us.
