The account manager is highly responsive, and the integration consultant I worked with demonstrated a great deal of expertise. Although the implementation process took longer than I had expected, the consultant made sure we were fully prepared for the scheduled go-live date. We did encounter a few hiccups, which is to be expected with a brand new implementation, but they were always available to resolve any issues promptly, even with their busy schedule. Their platform was initially very intimidating to someone like me who doesn't know anything about building integrations, but after the training I received and watching the consultant make changes for us, I feel a lot more comfortable going in there to manually run workflows or make changes to the schedule. Their support staff is courteous and responsive as well. I worked with one so far, and they always responded within a day and kept me updated on progress.

I love DataBlend as a quick way to upload data from our other systems into Sage Intelligence. I also like the flexibility to be able to map accounts if they are needing to be posted to a different G/L account than was set up in the other system. This allowed us to not have to change the historical accounts in our other systems. DataBlend was also very helpful in creating a 3 step posting for a complicated payroll posting. We are able to upload one file and DataBlend does the rest of the work to create 3 journal entries. Customer support has been great as well.
