The reason we switched from a Journey Mapping platform to cxomni was that we were looking for a strong partner to help us set up and roll out a Journey Management Framework within the company. You can tell that the Customer Success Team at cxomni has a trained eye for industry-specific challenges and opportunities, as well as years of experience in project work - this was extremely important for our cross-country roll-out.
