From a pricing perspective, Cvent delivers strong value for organisations running multiple or complex events, but some advanced modules and add-on features can increase costs, which may be challenging for smaller event teams. That said, most of these challenges are outweighed by the benefits of having registration, communications, attendee engagement, and reporting managed within a single platform. The efficiency gains and visibility into event performance make it a valuable solution overall. Cvent integrates well with the other tools we use for marketing, reporting, and event management. Registration and attendee data can be shared across systems, which helps reduce manual entry and improves data consistency. For our team, this has made it easier to connect event registration data with marketing campaigns, attendee reporting, and business intelligence dashboards. Having data flow between platforms provides better visibility into event performance and attendee engagement. While some integrations require initial setup and ongoing management, overall Cvent works well as a central hub within our event technology stack and helps streamline workflows across teams.
