We can also cluster highlights to spot trends across multiple interviews, which we use a lot for open-ended user interviews. We've found the transcription and summaries to be way more accurate/helpful than Zoom's AI companion. The setup was incredibly easy—it was ready to go almost instantly and worked seamlessly with both Zoom and Google Meet. I use it several times a day, and it’s been flawless every single time.
