The support team in general is also a great resource. We rarely have performance issues and if we ever do, the team is very responsive. We love the system because it's easy to use, easy to customize, and it sees to all of our needs such as reporting. The extension is one piece that greatly improves our workflow. Crelate as a company is very good at listening to its customers such as providing necessary integrations, responding to technology advances such as implementing their own AI, and generally strives to provide an excellent user experience at a great price.
