The UI is clean and simple to use. It takes a complicated staffing process and simplifies it to about as easy as it can be. You can move employees into different stages using drag and drop, which is very intuitive. There is a pretty robust search feature, and if you set things up correctly, it can be a powerful tool in finding applicants who have previously applied. The interface is fast and responsive - there are no wait times on actions. It is also reliable - I have not seen a single instance of downtime. Support is reliable, and they are always very responsive to our concerns. Finally, it is a rapidly improving product, they are always updating features. Right now, they are moving forward with a lot of AI updates, but then, who isn't.
