I like the ease of use and that it clicks all of the boxes of things that I need. You can also maneuver easily.

What I like best about Crelate is how easy it is to use and navigate. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to find the information we need without digging through multiple layers. I especially like how easy it is to read, search and review notes on a candidates, which is critical in recruiting when multiple people may be touching the same record. The job dashboards are also user-friendly, and the drag and deop functionality makes it simple to move candidates through the process and keep searches organized. Another feature I really like is the Discovery tool add-on. It help expand the value of the platform beyond basic applicant tracking and give us another way to identify and manage potential candidates. Overall, Crelate is easy to customize, easy for the team to work in and practival for the day to dat realities of recruiting.

Great for small teams that don't require complex workflows. Helps recruiters stay on task. Unfortunately, we are a large and complex team, so we are likely not the right customer for them. The product has significant potential, but has a long way to go. I anticipate my review will be more positive in the future.
