Effortless Call Management for Shopify Stores

I really like that Consio feels specifically built for ecommerce rather than being a generic phone system. Having customer and order information available during conversations makes calls easier to manage and saves us from switching between different tools, which is a huge time-saver. The setup was easier than I expected, and connecting the store and getting the basic call flow ready was quite straightforward. I also appreciate that it helps us handle customer calls in a more organized way, giving our team more time for personalized conversations.

What I like most about Consio is how simple it is to get started and how quickly it begins to work. The AI calls feel natural and help us follow up with customers without needing extra staff.
