For their own reasons, anyone you ask about your product, pricing and go to market processes using your own internal resources will, in some way deceive you. The essence of Clozd is that an objective, third party is doing the asking which reveals the actual feedback and experience of your customer in a way that is otherwise, impossible to get at. Clozd is also a very credible organization and I have found that prospects actually value simply being asked, leaving a positive impression of your own company and product.
