I like that Clozd really helps us get unfiltered feedback from prospects and clients on what we've done well and what we haven't. The interviewers are quite good; they're very good at asking questions and getting to the meaty feedback. Their incentives work well, so a lot of clients and prospects are willing to participate. I find the software easy to use, and it's easy to nominate prospects and customers. It's also simple to read the interview transcripts. I like their support, their software, and the interviewers.

They're incredible to work with (they're the best vendor team that I've worked with). They put the time and effort into producing quality process, questions, and then interviews. We've had great collaborations with them to improve response rates that were lower than we liked or to tweak questions so answer quality improved. Surprising, I know, but it seems like they actually want us to find value in their service.

The CSM's who work with us are amazing to help engage our prospects/customers to drive responses and interviews. The feedback from prospects/customers about the approach has been super positive, key as we want to ensure they are reflective of how we would deal with our customers.
