Ability to completely customize the system to fit the needs of our business. We are able to easily adjust task types, spaces, custom fields, reports and dashboards. With the new ability to export timesheets, reviewing staff time has significantly improved as well.

What I like best about ClickUp is that it keeps my tasks, projects, and team updates organized in one place. I can easily track progress, set priorities, and see what needs attention, which helps me stay focused and work more efficiently. It’s also flexible enough to adapt to different workflows.

I really appreciate ClickUp's usability and how easy it is for everyone to use, which matters because it offers a lot more than just task management. The chat features are super convenient, and the video feature helps us manage everything in one place, replacing other tools like Slack and Loom. I also find the analytics very helpful for tracking the team's progress, and the ability to have extensions to add emails is useful. Goals and dashboards play a significant role in streamlining our workflow and keeping everything organized. The initial setup of ClickUp was very easy, and I like that it syncs well with Google accounts.
