I like that ClickUp is really configurable and not prescriptive in how it works. Each space can be adjusted to look exactly how I need it, allowing for customized data schemas for each space. My billing space looks completely different from my project space, which is great. I also appreciate the ability to have formula custom fields, which lets me do some clever things like adding up hours spent on specific tasks or tracking prepurchased hours. This flexibility and the ability to configure it in unique ways hugely benefit my productivity.

As a small startup, it allows all team members across Dev, Ops, and Marketing to communicate easily and stay aligned.
