the customizability is the best part, without it, its just another basic management tool or excel sheet

I love how organized this tool lets me be. The AI is great too, and it understands a lot of context. My main issue is that the AI limit feels too low for everyone on the team to use consistently. The UI is nicely designed, but at times it can feel overly complex and hard to navigate. We had to have the team watch a training video before using ClickUP because there are a lot of features, and some of them feel hidden at first. It runs smoothly on my MacBook, but it’s less smooth when using it online. The pricing is fair overall, although the AI could be cheaper. I haven’t connected many other tools yet, but I tried Notion once and it seemed to work well.

I like ClickUp's ease of use and versatility, which help me and my team manage both client and internal projects effectively. The WYSIWYG editor for task descriptions is really good, allowing us to better organize tasks with links and code blocks. It's convenient to have all documentation centralized and even share some of it publicly with clients. The ability to integrate with Microsoft Outlook and other software through ClickUp's API is also valuable. I find that it saves time by centralizing and classifying our work, making everything easy to search and keeping all project information in one place. We switched from Asana to ClickUp because ClickUp offers a better interface, more versatility, more integrations, features like whiteboards and videoclips, as well as custom calculations and agile sprints, which I find very beneficial.
