It’s easily configurable and can fit many different needs.

I've been using ClickUp for almost a year now, multiple times every day, mainly for task tracking in my fact-checking work. Before ClickUp, we tracked fact-checking tasks manually, which was hard to maintain and not very productive. We usually manage around 200 tasks at a time, with 30-40 or more handled daily, so the status tracking and updating feature is the core of what we rely on. I use both the web and mobile versions, and the mobile app in particular is very user-friendly and reliable for daily work.

We run annual badminton tournaments in our community. There are a lot of both small and large tasks that need to be tracked and completed in a timely manner. We have 10 committee members and 2 coordinators. Click up allows us to delegate task, set due dates. It also basically creates a record of all activities, which then can be used for the next tournament. We can keep link all the associated documents, spreadsheets, images etc, to the task at hand.
