As a construction contractor, I use Clickup to basically organize all scheduling of my projects. We use it from start to finish, from gathering customer info, to scheduling estimates, keeping documents applicable to the project including product sheets, material lists, safety docs, etc. Finally we use it to schedule, perform, and keep track of the progress of the job until completion, where it then goes into ready to invoice. After invoicing, it goes into complete and we file away the project.

I find the templates and automations in ClickUp to be the most valuable features. These are the driving force for us to execute projects on time. I also like the notetaker and custom fields, which contribute to our workflow efficiency.

Everything is in one place, and it connects with other apps as well.
