I really like ClickUp because it has many views like canvas, Gantt, and list, which allows me to organize myself better. With the canvas, I can see the tasks and their status, and with Gantt, I can visualize the deadlines and the progress of the tasks. The list function is useful for quantifying tasks. Additionally, the fact that it is collaborative is super valuable, as it facilitates working on joint projects ensuring that we are all on the same page. I also found that the initial setup was super intuitive and very easy.

I run my whole consultancy on ClickUp: sales pipeline, client delivery, SOPs, and internal docs all live in one workspace, so it is the single source of truth for my team of six. The API is the part I lean on most. I build automations against it for my own operations and for clients, custom fields and views bend to almost any workflow, and Docs let me keep client-facing documents right next to the work itself. I have also rebuilt ClickUp workspaces for client teams that failed to adopt other tools, and role-based lists and views are what finally made daily usage stick.
