I like the comprehensive interface and the ease of using ClickUp modularly. We can use only what we need, which gives us great freedom in our daily routine. The integrations are very complete, and I like having all task management and team communication centralized, along with integrations like GitHub and Claude Code, which greatly facilitates work. The usability is excellent, allowing a continuous workflow in project development.

What I like most about ClickUp is that it feels more like a complete workspace than a tool built around a single function. We can use it as a central platform for project management, task tracking, documentation, communication, and organizing our day-to-day workflow, without relying on a separate app for each part of the process. The flexibility of the workspace is especially useful for a small studio like ours. Features such as customizable Lists, Boards, Docs, task relationships, statuses, custom fields, and dashboards allow us to structure different projects and workflows in ways that fit our needs rather than forcing everything into one rigid system. Having our project information and documentation connected to the work itself also makes it easier to keep context in one place. The integrations are another benefit, since ClickUp can connect with some of the other tools we already use rather than requiring us to completely change our existing workflow. Its AI features are also useful for smaller tasks such as summarizing information, helping organize or refine content, and reducing some of the repetitive work involved in managing projects and documentation. One unexpected benefit is how much easier it is to keep our overall workflow visible. Instead of having project details, tasks, notes, and documentation scattered across multiple platforms, we can build a shared workspace where the team has a clearer picture of what is happening and where information belongs. For a small studio, having this much functionality in one platform also makes the overall cost and budgeting easier to manage. We get a broad range of capabilities without necessarily needing to pay for and maintain a separate subscription for every individual function.
