Tracking has been the most useful feature I’ve experienced so far.

I like that ClickUp is feature-rich but really easy to get started with. There's not a whole lot of a learning curve, and you can pretty much get up and going with it right away. As far as the task management software the fact that it allows you to allocate so many fields and features to each task such as subtasks, dependencies, attachments and so many other aspects to a real world task other than a simple check box is pretty amazing. Also, it integrates well with my Google ecosystem, especially Google Calendar, which helps streamline my workflow.

I like that ClickUp is customizable, as I can select the columns I need for my tasks and projects. I also appreciate that it has integrated AI, which allows me to ask it to create activities and track my progress without doing it manually. Additionally, I use ClickUp to manage my team's tasks, communicate through chat, and document projects, which solves problems of effective communication, time control, activity tracking, and offers a business chat that avoids using personal numbers.
