What I like most about ClickUp is how it helps organize and track tasks and subtasks throughout the entire project lifecycle. The hierarchical structure makes it easy to break down complex projects into manageable work items, giving everyone clear visibility into priorities, ownership, and progress.
Collaboration is another standout feature. Having multiple team members working on the same task, sharing updates, leaving comments, and tracking progress in one place has significantly improved communication and reduced the need for long email threads or separate meetings.
The integrations are excellent, especially with email and other business applications, making it easy to centralize work and automate repetitive processes. This has streamlined our workflow and saved time across different teams.
From a performance perspective, the web application is fast, responsive, and very reliable for day-to-day work. The Windows desktop application could be improved, as it sometimes feels less optimized than the web version, but it does not prevent us from being productive.
Although I don't have visibility into the pricing or support experience because the licenses are managed by my company, the onboarding experience was very smooth. The platform is intuitive, and new users can become productive quickly.
Finally, ClickUp AI has been a great addition. It is especially useful for generating structured task lists and breaking down larger initiatives into actionable tasks, helping teams get started faster and maintain consistency in project planning. Overall, ClickUp has become an essential part of our daily workflow and has significantly improved productivity and collaboration.
I love the configurability of ClickUp. It allows me to store and use a lot of information in a structured way. I also really like the connectivity to Reclaim, as I can synchronize my tasks with the calendar. Reclaim synchronizes all tasks in my Google Calendar. Additionally, I found the helpful tutorials during the initial setup very supportive.
I find ClickUp to be pretty responsive and very intuitive to use. The bright colors make it appealing as well. Once it's set up with fields, duplicating tasks and creating multiple repetitive projects is very easy. Assigning tasks to people is straightforward, making it simple to send out jobs. It's helpful for managing multiple external technicians by sending them specific tasks with subtasks and detailed instructions, simplifying processes while allowing for verification of task completion.
ClickUp is one app to replace them all. It's the future of work. More than just task management - ClickUp offers docs, reminders, goals, calendars, and even an inbox. Fully customizable, ClickUp works for every type of team, so all teams can use the same app to plan, organize, and collaborate. ClickUp is trusted by millions of users and over 100,000 teams at the world's best companies like Google, Airbnb, Uber, and Nike.
