I use ClickUp as my task management system, and it solves many organization-related problems for me, like managing tasks with due dates and linking tasks to documents, keeping everything organized in one place. I love the 'grow with me' tools and started with the robust free plan, which led to an upgrade as it fits my needs perfectly. The robust selection of preloaded templates is also incredibly helpful when I'm unsure of starting points for new projects. I appreciate that ClickUp allows me to create and save my own templates, while still offering inspiration with its preloaded options. I liked being able to test more features on ClickUp compared to other tools, which helped me assess its suitability for my real-life contexts. ClickUp's layout is preferable to Asana's, and I enjoy the flexibility of using both the desktop app and the web browser, which allows me to have multiple tabs open for consistency in processes. It's also a fantastic way to keep track of tasks and deadlines when collaborating without using time tracking or communication tools.

I like all the flexibility that ClickUp has to configure many super useful things, such as folders, lists, icons, colors, and custom fields. I love it because I organize all the tasks the way I want and together with Brain, I maintain that order. I like order, classification, and daily tracking; there's not a day that I don't open ClickUp. Also, ClickUp is more versatile.

First, I LOVE ClickUp University. It’s helped me feel confident about how to use the platform. I really like the versatility and customization in ClickUp, especially being able to tailor my views so my brain can process information more easily. I also love ClickUp Brain because I have so many questions, and I feel confident it can handle them and answer me clearly. The automations are very helpful, and I’m excited for my company to fully incorporate them.
