I like how easy ClickUp is to use and the many extra options it has. It's very practical to be able to link tasks together and create tasks and subtasks, which helps me maintain order and chronology. The folders, reminders, and deadlines are functional and useful, and I feel like nothing is missing. Additionally, I switched to ClickUp from Trello because it has many more features and is more practical for monthly and daily planning.

I appreciate ClickUp's overall robustness and the fact that it offers vastly more options and features compared to its competitors. It serves as an all-in-one hub with excellent built-in chats, detailed work distribution and planning tools, Gantt chart views, and a remarkably rich catalogue of personalised custom fields. While the sheer amount of features takes a moment to learn, the UI becomes incredibly intuitive once tailored to our specific workflows. The platform offers a wealth of connections across many apps. It is especially great for standard corporate tools, offering seamless native integrations with Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft SharePoint, and OneDrive. While performance was a pain point in the past, I have noticed significant speed improvements and better overall workflow in recent weeks. It is still not the fastest platform on the market, but it is getting better. As a best practice, it should be recommended that users keep their views compact; avoid bloating the workspace with too many visible columns and custom fields to maintain smooth performance. ClickUp offers a good variety of plans for different user needs, and for basic use, the pricing is very reasonable for the sheer amount of functionality you receive. However, the AI features are pricey and can easily double the per-user cost of your subscription. Customer support is fast and effective. I have never had an issue getting in contact about bugs, and I can always count on a rapid response from an agent. They are genuinely caring and highly engaged, frequently checking in during the first few days of onboarding to see how our cooperation with the platform was going. While my company doesn't utilise the AI features due to the overall cost, the suite is impressive. With tools like voice transcripts, summarisation, AI agents, and the ClickUp Brain offering multiple models to choose from, it is well worth considering. For many teams, bundling this directly into ClickUp will be more efficient than buying separate standalone AI subscriptions.
