I like the clickup agents the most. It has helped me create defined flows for my tasks, so I can automatically assign tasks to my team and also schedule recurring tasks with ease.

I like that ClickUp helps ensure everyone is on the same page and allows me to write SOPs that I can easily share with my assistant. Recently, I found the AI integration really valuable because I can ask it to create or look at something and tell me if it's working, which makes building and checking processes much easier. The AI provides suggestions on improving my processes, which I can turn into agents to keep these processes moving and improving. I like that ClickUp provides relevant answers specific to my workflow, making it feel like having an expert on hand for quick answers without spending much time prompting. I also appreciate that I can link my own API without having to pay for theirs. I enjoy the integration with Gmail and Missive, and find it really useful to add tasks directly from my phone into ClickUp.

Clickup is hands-down one of the most flexible task mangement products I've ever used. It's also managed to escape the 'jack of all trades, master of none' traps that a lot of software that promises the world falls into. It's both flexible, and effective! It's easy to configure, it integrates well with my calendar and email, and it's very cost effective. The free tier is quite generous and when you outgrow it, it doesn't cost the earth.
