I like using ClickUp to organize my day-to-day activities and have different documents and call recordings in one place. It helps me avoid going from one place to another. I value the AI notetaker more, which allows me to record conversations and move them to their respective folders, as well as track how certain projects are going. Additionally, it is integrated with SharePoint and my Outlook calendar.

I find ClickUp intuitive and also with complex functions that meet many demands. The automations are excellent, saving a lot of time on repetitive actions and helping to prevent the team from getting lost in the flow. The dashboards greatly assist in project tracking, allowing us to see how creation, demand, and deadline control are going. I can even use them as a CRM, which allows us to easily see the performance of the sales team and show a project summary to the client. I also liked the look of ClickUp, the various task views (kanban, list, calendar, etc.), and the customization with custom fields. The option to view tasks individually or as a whole greatly facilitates operational management.
