Flexible tool. Easy to adapt to organizations, processes, specific projects. Involving internal and external users. Quite powerful dashboards. Basic exchange tools to integrate main external tools. UI can be better, block system might be useful. Performance quite almost top. Pricing: should be more modulated: superusers, standard users, guest. The number of standard and guest seats is too limited. Support: I can report a fast and solving support on the only request submitted. So far all well. AI: uhm, is not so integrated as it could be and fees are always behind the corner. Do you want to charge the client with this add-on: give us a grey 6 months full access and then probably I will start to buy them.

I can organize tasks, checklists, documents, and entire lines of work in one place. The level of customization of forms and tasks allows me excellent management and organization. Additionally, I can leave records of all my tasks; for example, the maintenance I do on PCs, to later ask the AI to help me organize it as a report and thus be able to send it to the user. This is extremely helpful to me.

Brain and Artifact creation (is that one thing?). I'm a team of one managing the work of a 46 firm consortium and having a teammate in Brain that can create the visuals I need to communicate upward and outward is awesome. It's not perfect and comprehensive feature-wise. However, I'm seeing consistent updates that align with gaps I experience. It's like the weather in FL - you don't like it, wait a minute.
