User-Friendly, Supportive, and Powerful — Ideal for Residential Scaling

Cinch stood out to us right away with its modern, user-friendly interface and impressive automation potential. The platform is cleanly designed, easy to navigate, and makes it simple to see how customer communications can be streamlined. The ability to automate outreach with targeted messages and segmentation is especially valuable for residential service models, where a single point of contact typically oversees the account. This feature has the power to save time, reduce manual workload, and deliver a more consistent customer experience. What really sets Cinch apart, however, is the quality of its customer support. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping their customers succeed. Every interaction has been positive, with fast turnaround times and thoughtful guidance. Even when we ran into limitations that made the platform less effective for our commercial accounts, their team worked diligently to explore workarounds and ensure our experience remained productive. Customer Journeys allow us to send emails when customers need/want them

Aside from the eblasts that we do, Cinch allows us to send emails when a customer is coming due, due, and past due for service. Their customer service is also top knotch!
