Efficient monitoring, but reports need improvement
I like the way checkmk is configured, especially compared to 10 years ago. Today we have a nice structure with folders, contact groups, server groups, and corresponding rules. I also like the agents of checkmk because they don't perform evaluations, which is a huge advantage in database monitoring when the server is under load.

Comprehensive monitoring tool with extension options
I greatly appreciate the configuration and extension options of checkmk, as they allow us to connect various applications and systems, even if they are not supported by default. Additionally, I find it very easy to set up checkmk once you understand the ruleset.
