We use the program from its beginning - not all campaigns - depending on the strategy for the particular campaigns. We have excellent results for strategies that build engagement - ex. we tested case where promoted content reached 50% more activity than using a standard tool in the same communication way. We always test the way of building engagement and most of times CAT is the best tool. We also use it for link and conversion campaigns or if there is necessity to recruit new fans - it is the best tool ever because of CPA option. Also when there is no need to use CAT but there are problems with starting the campaigns in Power Editor ( bugs or tardiness of facebook help center) - I recommend starting it with CAT and editing in PE - it works. First of all I would definitely recommend it for community engagement building,
