Improves Recruitment with Strong Support and Continuous Evolution

I appreciate that Bullhorn allows us to see everything in one place, which is particularly beneficial as we operate across three offices. This centralised system saves us time, increases our placements, and boosts revenue. I also find the fact that Bullhorn is always evolving very positive, as it helps us keep up with our competitors. I value the automation and analytics features, which are crucial to our operations, and I appreciate the great customer success team that is always available to assist us.

Streamlined Recruiting but Room for Improvement

|Bullhorn
Bullhorn makes it much easier to keep candidate and client information organized in one place. The ability to track the full recruiting process is a huge time saver, and the reporting tools give helpful insight into performance. While there is a bit of a learning curve and reporting could be more customizable, overall, it’s a reliable and effective ATS/CRM.
