I love the way Bullhorn is developed. I'm using Bullhorn for analytics, and I can get reports easily. I can also create dashboards, which help me review data every month from the recruiter or sales teams. I find the analytics feature great because I can set up metrics for each group, like the number of placements or calls the sales team needs to make every month. The 'slice and dice' feature is something I really like since it lets me move around metrics and create my own reports, which I can then download to Excel. This is particularly helpful because I can present this data in different meetings. The setup was easy, as Bullhorn is an easy platform to understand. The Bullhorn team is really helpful, and we have weekly meetings to review tickets and issues, which is really good.

I use Bullhorn for sourcing, calling, and maintaining talent pools for hiring people. I love the Boolean search and the auto-build search. If there is any niche requirement, the feature of auto-build search helps in sourcing relevant candidates, and with Boolean search, I obviously get to filter a good pool. The initial setup was super easy; though it took some training to help me go through the search and all, it was smooth.

I like the organization. I like the UI and the layout. I also like the ability to click the LinkedIn button on the profile and it'll search LinkedIn the for the person. I also like TextKernel
