What I Like best about Brave is how it puts privacy front and center without making you work for it. I've been using Brave as my privacy browser for over a year now in a professional setting where data privacy and security are taken seriously, and the difference compared to Chrome was noticeable almost immediately. I ran it alongside Chrome for a few weeks and the differencein load times on content heavy sites was consistently noticeable. The Brave Shields feature has also been genuinely eye opening from a professional standpoint. Seeing exactly how much trackers are being blocked on commonly visited work related websites made me realize just how much background tracking was happening without my knowledge. Having that visibility and control built directly into the browser rather than relying on third party extensions feels like the right approach. Being built on Chromium also made the transition seamless for our team. Chrome extension compatibility meant we didn't have to sacrifice any existing tools or workflows, which made adoption much easier than switching to a completely different browser engine would have been.
