I most of the time used Braintrust AIR while reviewing and comparing AI outputs. What I liked most was that it made discussions around quality much more structured instead of relying on personal opinions. I regularly used evaluations, datasets, and experiment tracking. Having different versions and results organized in one place made it easier to understand what actually changed between iterations. One unexpected benefit was that conversations became more focused on results rather than spending time debating assumptions.

The combination of convenience and consistency is wow. I didn't have to worry about scheduling a live interview, and I could complete it when I was ready. The platform was easy to navigate, and the overall experience felt straightforward from start to finish. From a hiring perspective, having every candidate go through the same interview flow makes it easier to compare responses fairly. It also saves time during the initial screening since interviews are already available for review whenever needed.
