I used Braintrust AIR for an interview, and it definitely made the whole process easier. I just had to open a link and do the interview instead of trying to schedule a meeting with a staff member. What I like most is how it makes processes like this one more convenient. A great feature is that the interview could be self-managed instead of involving more people. Additionally, I found it pretty user-friendly.
