I like it's two way conversational AI interviewing, and it's ability to eliminate scheduling bottlenecks

I really like that Braintrust AIR is cutting-edge technology. It was my first interview with an AI, and it was fascinating. I think it saves a lot of manpower and allows for very structured interviews, which gives everyone a fair and clear experience. The text and communication features are very good, allowing people who don't understand English well to read and participate in interviews. I appreciate that it's future forward and has a lot of space to grow, yet it's a wonderful start.

What I like most about Braintrust AIR is the natural and interactive interview experience. The AI interviewer asks questions and follows up based on the responses, which makes the interview feel more like a real conversation. I also found the setup and camera and microphone testing straightforward, making it easy to prepare for the interview.
