I regularly use Board Intelligence for our board packs. The portal is easy to navigate and use and the drag-and-drop facility really speeds up the process. The user access settings are also clear and restricting viewing on certain publications is a useful tool. Customer support is excellent - extremely swift response every time and they always check back to confirm issues or actions are resolved.

Their 24 hour support is flawless, intuitive, spot-on and very quick. I also very much appreciate that there is a human responding and not a chatbot. They make using the platform a thousand times better!

I also find updating agendas really easy since it automatically renumbers. The security aspect is impressive too, as it eliminates the need for email attachments, providing a central repository for historical meetings. Setting it up was quite smooth for me.
