I find Board Intelligence to be a useful reference tool for our Board of Trustees and for us as administrators - really simple to use when putting together meeting packs and an excellent reference base for everyone. Less "can you just send me" queries! Onboarding is so easy! We can set new users up in minutes and they are off and rarely have any problems - the set up is intuitive and easy to understand. When a question does arise, as it did this week, the helpdesk is first class. This week, they responded to my query in less than 30 minutes (thank you Yasmin Mowafy, Customer Support Team Lead).

It' so easy to share content with colleagues and I especially like the option to organise packs for individual committees and then assign members to the folders relevant to them. I also think the annotation features are great and are used regularly by our board.
