VS Code Integration That Makes Abend-AID and Test Data Creation Effortless

The integration of BMC AMI DevX Workbench into VS Code has completely changed my morning routine. Instead of opening multiple TSO/ISPF green screens to track down an application crash, I can use Abend-AID directly inside my IDE. The “test-data-creation assistance” feature within the abend report saves me hours every week. It captures the exact variable states at the moment of the crash and, with just a few clicks, carries them into my test environment. That means I no longer spend half my day manually staging test data just to reproduce a production bug.
