As a software developer I really enjoy ticket commentation editon.
I like:
1. how I can upload files, images, pieces of code in comments;
2. track my work time. My company developed a way to monthly extract employee's financial statement. To do that we created tickets for holidays, company meetings, marcketing events and so on;
