Easy Patient Communication
What I like best about Artera is how easy it is to communicate with patients. It allows us to quickly send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and respond to patients in one place, which helps improve communication and saves time.Artera has improved my workflow by making patient outreach much more efficient. Instead of calling each patient individually, I can send appointment reminders, screening outreach, and follow-up messages in bulk while still personalizing communication when needed. Having all patient conversations in one place also makes it easier to track responses, reduce missed appointments, and spend less time switching between different systems.

Powerful Campaigns for Mass Outreach and Appointment Reminders
What is most helpful to our outreach department and organization is the campaign feature. It is really helpful to be able to send mass text, calls and emails to our patients and also get a status update to identify patients that successfully received the campaign or not. We send campaigns for various reasons such as targeting outreach to patients that are due for preventative screenings such as mammograms, colorectal cancer screenings, etc. as well as patients due for care for chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. We also use the campaign feature to reach out to patients that have not came in for an annual physical. We also like the feature to be able to send appointment reminders/confirmation requests.
