My experience as CRP companies take on more clients the demand for its Customer Service increases and eventually becomes a significant costs; by charging for customer service support, the customers with the most problems are paying for his/hers questions. To help mitigate the CS cost the company that provides "Free" customer service then off-shores the support and frequently the telecommunication connection is not clear, the wait time can be 45-60 mins before connecting with the CS rep., and it is usually difficult to understand the language of the CS reps. in the "off-shore" country.
