I LOVE That every way I communicate with my customers is on record. I can see if they called on the phone, texted me, emailed me, or even used Facebook Messenger to contact me. It's like iCloud for your business. I love that all my employees can see the communication going on with our customers so that anyone can respond and help funnel our client from inquiry to sale. The customer service at the company is beyond AMAZING. You can easily screen share with them to troubleshoot or ask questions. And if you need the program to do something it doesn't currently do, they also work to personalize it. I searched for a CRM that would allow you to text message and use Facebook Messenger as a way to communicate with your customer, and AllProWebTools does that and so much more. I enjoy finding new ways every day to integrate it more and more into my business because every day, my job gets more accessible and more manageable when I do.

I have been a user of this product for over 2 years now, its VERY easy to use and anytime I have a question support is very easy to get in touch with. Dave continually is looking to make this program better to help more businesses with marketing efforts. I am am huge fan of his email marketing tools and once I got everything set up it has allowed me to follow up with old clients and customers that never converted. Since everything has been set up my business has probably profited well over six figures JUST from his email marketing software. There are many other great tools as well, setting up lead pages that port right into the CRM and you can auto add to campaigns etc. If you are looking for an All-In-One CRM tool for your business this is it.
