On top of that, I really appreciate their other services besides the self-service tool. The drivers and drainers studies have been super useful to understand how our content is perceived, and the sentiment analysis helps us see how our influencer content is resonating with the audience. The tool itself is very straightforward and offers several filtering options, which makes it easy to explore and analyze data in different ways. It fits all of my use cases so far. The setup was also super quick and uncomplicated — we aligned together on what made sense for our business, set the right parameters, and shortly after, the data was already available in the tool. We can always readjust things as needed, which gives us a lot of flexibility. So far, we haven’t needed to integrate it with any other tool or BI system, but that’s in our pipeline — and I’m confident Aggero will find a great solution for it when the time comes.
