I was expecting it to mess up my Outlook but it didn't which was quite surprising. Probably the most beneficial feature is the fact I don't have to go through fixing each email (manually) of 3000 users since the automation does it automatically. I also received support when the install got wonky and was quite pleased as typically support just leaves you hanging but its okay though.
