For me the centralization of how I can update signatures is my favorite feature. I used to spend hours trying to get everybody updated when we would make changes to our logo or phone number and then people would still have the old version in their email for months after the change. Now, I only have to make the one change and it gets pushed out to everybody (mobile included), which was something I did not anticipate working as well as it does.

The most favorable aspect of Exclaimer is that it maintains the same standard of email communication throughout the company. In my work all emails are now on brand and polished, regardless of whether it is sent by a sales team, support team, or executive team. The volume of features in updating legal disclaimers, promotion banners and departmental specific information are quite useful.

The signatures are very easy to implement and offer a convincing, practical way to manage them. There are plenty of options to customize the design, and I especially appreciate being able to standardize and unify collaborators’ signatures. Overall, the system does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and I really like the flexibility the tool provides.
