How can we customize as per our requirements or like any solution to add our own integrations to it?

I do find it hard sometimes to see the small sidebar. It automatically starts at times, but goes unnoticed since it is too small for someone who has terrible eyesight.

We currently have a parent project, followed by sub-projects which are organized in stagegate folders. I would like to be able to filter my table view to ONLY see active projects (exclude folders).
