I like that Freed saves a lot of time and doesn't miss things the way handwritten or typed notes can. I appreciate that it allows me to spend more face-to-face time with my patients. After a note is written, Freed lets me make adjustments or changes based on feedback, which is really helpful. I find it beneficial that I can create note templates, which is great for my pediatric practice because many of my visits are well child checks. Additionally, it does not have the AI hallucinations that I experienced with other note writers. Sometimes I find that the language translation isn't perfect. It is really nice that the notes can be done in other languages. Particularly, I have a lot of Spanish speaking patients. But at times, I find that the Spanish output isn't always completely accurate, so I still like to use an interpreter when I'm in the room. I guess that's one of the things that could be improved.
