
I love how user-friendly Cendra is. The AI gives instant responses with all the necessary information and shows the data sources it uses, which helps me understand the response. The team is very agile and provides quick help for any issues I encounter. Cendra handles guest communications and requests after business hours, which was especially hard for me, and it has solved this problem completely. It also manages upsells by checking availability and boosts my revenue.
