"Good Security Service with Strong Cloud Features"
What do you like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

I really like how easy it is to use the service after the initial setup. The cloud delivery makes it very convenient to manage security from anywhere without the need to install complex hardware. Customer support is usually helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The number of features is good, and they keep updating it often which is nice for staying protected from the latest threats. Also, integration with other cloud tools in our stack is pretty smooth most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

One thing I find a bit frustrating is the complexity during the first implementation. It took some time and trial to figure out the best configurations for our environment. Some features are powerful but a bit confusing to use unless you spend time learning them. Also, occasionally the customer support response is slow during peak times. The pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams like ours. Overall, it works well but could be more user-friendly especially at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

While generally positive, there are some considerations. Integration with existing systems can sometimes be challenging, requiring careful planning and execution. Additionally, certain advanced features may require additional setup and customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"scalability, cost savings and enhanced security"
What do you like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

The upside of using cloud based security surveillance is that sites can be remote monitored be it for difficulty of staff to get to such as offshore rigs where safety is paramount in places where staff can not be such as where gas suppression systems are installed or where critical points need repaired and kept an eye on during this time so that no accidents occur (an example being the piper alpha condensate pump) cameras can also be moved from location to location with ease as they can be battery powered without needing data cables, Ai can also help detect any abnormalities.. What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

There can be bandwidth lag if wireless communications are poor and there are some weaknesses in classifying and decoding traffic flow because of being data stream content based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cloud security I could roll out in an afternoon"
What do you like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

I love that everything—DNS security, URL filtering, sandboxing—comes bundled in one cloud console. I just switch it on and our test phones and laptops are covered wherever we work, even on sketchy coffee-shop Wi-Fi. The threat-intel feed updates itself in the background, so I spend more time testing apps and zero time pushing signatures or patches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

The pricing tiers feel like a tax on growth; every extra seat adds up fast for a tiny startup budget. The interface is powerful but there are so many knobs that I needed a full afternoon of docs-surfing before I felt safe changing policies. Also, if our main link drops, enforcement pauses until fail-over kicks in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and fast"
What do you like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

What I like the most about Cloud-Delivered Security Services is that they’re easy to scale and don’t need physical hardware. You can secure different devices and environments fast, even if they’re remote. It also helps a lot that everything is updated automatically and monitored in real time, so you don’t have to stress about it breaking or going down. It saves time and makes things smoother, especially when you’re building or working under pressure. Plus, it works well with other tools and systems, which is a big win Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

What I don’t like is that you don’t have full control. If something breaks or goes down, you have to wait for the company to fix it. Also, the price can get high if your team or usage grows. And at first, it takes a bit of time to understand how everything works and connect it with your own systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A cost saving approach while increasing uptime and cyber protection"
What do you like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

Designed to scale easily. Our company is pretty big and we often have new partners and acquisitions, so a cloud based security solution scales well and is easy to adopt. And Palo Alto is already a leader in this space, we were confident their solutions are future proof. Their solutions are also easy to use and integration was relatively easy in our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

There is not much to dislike as there are mostly benefits here, but cost may be a concern for some. However for bigger companies like ours, there could in fact be cost savings. There is a learning curve too, but so is with any other solution, including on-prem or inhouse developed such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Focus on threat detection, incident response securing both IT and OT environments."
What do you like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

What I like best about Cloud-Delivered Security Services is the flexibility and real-time protection they offer. Being able to use security controls quickly without relying on on-premises infrastructure is a game changer in the cloud delivered servuces, especially in dynamic environments. I also appreciate how threat intelligence is constantly updated in the background, which helps keep systems protected against the latest risks without manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services?

One thing I dislike about Cloud-Delivered Security Services is the reliance on internet connectivity. If there's any disruption in access, it definitely impacts visibility or protection. There are also concerns around data compliance, especially when working with sensitive information across different regions. it is important to pay attention to this matter.
