A product needs a dedicated customer success and support department, available on the phone, chat, and via ticketing tool. I feel they need some improvements there. I set up Zoined for a local business. For the first two weeks, I was the sole administrator. The proprietor is not tech savvy and his employees are not especially comfortable with software either (it's a restaurant with four locations in two states), but they all managed to become fluent in Zoined. For small businesses, in particular, larger and more expensive suites are not necessary or desirable.
