I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. My work involves creating a lot of written content, so I use Zoho Writer to prepare diet guides, patient education handouts, clinic documents, educational notes for students, and health awareness articles. I also draft and edit content before sharing it on social media, so having everything in one document makes my work much easier. The first thing I liked was how easy it is to use. I started writing my document without any confusion. I can easily add headings, bullet points, tables, and images, so my documents look neat and are easier for patients to understand. I also liked Ask Zia. I used it to rephrase part of my document, and it made the wording better without changing the meaning. Options like Summarize, Explain, and Suggest Headline are also helpful, especially when I am working on longer health content. Another thing I really like is that my work is saved automatically. When I finish a document, I can quickly download it as PDF, DOCX and TXT, and even Markdown if I need it. That makes it very convenient because I use different formats for different work. Sharing a document is also simple, and it works well with other Zoho apps. I use Zoho Writer regularly because it has the features I need without making my work feel complicated. It's very easy and straightforward to use, there are several good features that makes the Zoho Writer an alternative to the other ones. There are more flexibility of editing the text, especially when writing technical text which requires tables and images. I like the tools section the most which you can merge two different templates with the options to control different fields which is quite new and innovative. The multi-user option works smoothly with no interruption and the revision history is much better than other software like Microsoft word or Overleaf. Additionally, I've noticed that it often provides inaccurate spelling and grammar suggestions that make it less reliable for proofreading. While the basic editing features are enough it still falls short in terms of technical and functional aspects. It has help me many times while writing content for my project and during mine blocks or when I am out of ideas, it supports all kind of files and has user-friendly UI.
