What do you like best about Zoho Lens?

It is the best software that offers complete HR Services with many features such as employee database management, time-off management with attendance and leave tracker, employee self service etc. The best thing is that it can be used in any industry. What do you like best about Zoho Lens?

It helps keep our organization quite organized and makes it possible for all our colleagues to access and upload different types of information. We also like that we can integrate with other platforms such as Gmail, Gcal, airtable, excel and so forth. There's also a neat feature that allows you to assign certain tasks or projects to specifric colleagues which helps to streamline the overall experience. Last but not least, their customer support team is absolutely amazing. They are incredibly helpful in doing everyhting in their power to resolve whatcer issues you are having and even take the time to break down or explain anything you ask them about. I highly recomemend for folks to reach out to the support team if they come across any issues or anything yhey can't seemto figure out about the platform. Over all they are also very professional. What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?

This platform can sometimes be challenging to navigate and set up at the beginning when you first start working within the platform to set up your CRM. It would be helpful if this was so more user friendly or provided some guides on how to adjust different settings, integrations, and automations with step by step guides.
