I love that I have everything I would essentially need to properly assist my clients in one place. It is also very easy for my manager to gauge where the team is at both individually and as a whole, quickly so that we are able to make more proactive decisions.

What I dislike most about Zoho CRM Plus is the ability for clients to “unsubscribe “ from zoho emails that are sent from us as the project managers and these emails directly pertain to and are an essential part of our workflow  which is most often time sensitive information being both sent and received between my department and our clients. Additionally once a contact unsubscribes from Zoho r
emails we as the service provider and project managers have to chase these client contacts down via phone calls and ask them to search their inbox for an old email communication sent by our department Ana ask the. To resubscribe. It would be helpful if the clients ability to unsubscribe from email communication was driven by a specific account stage which would only be made active when the account was for the most part finalized

It allows users to share information rapidly between teams and other departments within the organization while maintaining tje integrity of the data which allows us to better service our clients and reduce wait times for problem resolution, team collaboration and even helps us to provide an almost seamless transition when someone on our team is out of the office. The “add task” feature helps me keep track of items that need follow up by allowing me to create tasks with due dates and custom  notification alerts so items ton t through the cracks.

I really like how Zoho CRM Plus solves the common chaos in customer support by centralizing everything. It used to be difficult with scattered communication across emails, calls, and queries, but now, with everything centralized, we don't lose visibility on customer issues anymore. The ticketing system is really helpful in organizing and prioritizing support requests too. It automatically creates, assigns, and escalates tickets when needed, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks and high-priority customers are handled on time. Another thing I appreciate is the integration with tools like Microsoft Outlook, which helps sync emails directly into the CRM, logging all customer conversations automatically. Zoho has also provided training and support sessions to make the customer management experience smoother by helping us get used to and learn the different apps included with Zoho CRM.

Though the Zoho Desk ticketing system is powerful, sometimes customization can get a bit complex. Creating advanced automation rules or fine-tuning ticket workflow isn't always very intuitive, requiring trial and error or support help. **What do you like best about Zoho CRM Plus?**

The thing i like about Zoho CRM Plus is how everything just comes together once you get it set up. It’s not just a place to store customer data. It actually helps me see the full story for each account. Being able to see marketing touches, sales stuff, and support all in one place makes talking to clients much easier.

I also like that it’s flexible but not too complicated. We were able to change layouts, automations, and reports so they work how our team works instead of making us change the way we do things. Over time it’s become more than just a CRM for logging deals. It’s like the hub for how we run stuff every day.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM Plus?**

One thing I do not like about Zoho CRM Plus is the setup at first. It has got so many tools all together that figuring out how to put everything in the right place takes a while and some trial and error. It’s powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve, especially if your team isn’t super technical.

I’ve also noticed some features don’t always feel the same across the apps. The interface can be a bit different depending on which part you’re in, so switching between modules takes some getting used to.

That said, once you get it all set up it works fine, but getting there does take some patience and proper training.

I like Zoho CRM Plus for its user interface, which I find very comfortable and approachable, especially for an SDR. The workflows are designed in a way that makes them easy to use. I also appreciate how the sales funnel is designed, along with the deal movement and the opportunities stages being aligned very comfortably for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM Plus?**

I think the interface can be improved quite a lot. Sometimes it seems messy in order to track our pipeline. The pipeline layout can be improved a lot.

Zoho CRM Plus helps me track my daily activities and tasks, organizes agendas, and schedules meetings for account executives.

Its an all in one scalable and user friendly platform that act as a bouquet of multiple separate offerings of Zoho apps.  Its a fantastic platform for SMB and SME users to buy a unified platform instead of using various individual apps. It combines the bundle of various essentials app as off the shelf ready to use app for a mid size company to run their operations efficiently.

There is nothing to dislike as it offers so much to a user. It may  be little challenging early on in case of vary low technical knowledge but still the platform is very user friendly. The initial set up requires patience, understanding and bit of tech knowledge to set up the platform properly.

The golden offering of zoho crm plus is being the unified platform for an organization to invest and learn a single platform rather than dealing in multiple platforms or vendors due to which it become more business efficient, user friendly and comprehensive solution. While only a few but the issues faced are related to the steep learning curve which exists when it comes to understanding & navigating the platform and the occasional performance issues which it faces when there are large dataset. The system lag at crucial times can be annoying.
