Zistemo offers a great combination of project management, time tracking, and resource planning tools — all in one place. The interface is intuitive, and it’s easy to keep an overview of projects and team performance. The customer service is also outstanding — they respond quickly, are always friendly, and really try to solve your issue instead of just giving standard answers. While zistemo is a strong tool overall, some areas could use improvement. The interface, although clean, can feel a bit cluttered when managing many projects or team members at once. Certain advanced functions — especially in resource planning and reporting — could be more intuitive and flexible. Occasionally, smaller performance issues or delays appear when switching between modules. It’s a solid platform, but there’s still room for optimization in usability and speed. All important features to manage projects are on one platform. I can track time to tasks, use Kanban Boards for our sprints and create invoices automatically every month. Nothnig particually, in the beginning of using the software it could be a little overhelming because of the number of features. Custom reports are possible but you need to have basic knowledge on databases to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, it was enough the integration alone with Asana that worked like a charm. The second thing I loved was the overview with all individual colleagues regarding your days off and substitute requests where you can just skip the management (if you can that is). Sometimes it can get stuck for a longer amount of time (in Asana in my experience mostly) but to be very honest I haven't seen that problem for at least 4-5 months now, so it must have been an Asana problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that allows me to manage accounts receivable in a more orderly, one of the characteristics is that when creating a project gives me the option to choose how the form of payment will be, if it will be by hours, by time stipulated, or for the total amount of the project, I like its interface as it is personalized, it allows me to register a portfolio of clients so that I only have to register it and when creating an invoice I just select it and the process becomes simpler, I like it because it allows me to work with my other colleagues and have control over the projects, since moneypenny lets us enter and be active in following up on projects. I do not like that some features may be complex when a project is being loaded, as I do not like that sometimes you need to invoice in another currency that does not show the dollar, and this does not have another foreign currency for billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moneypenny is all I need to run a business. We are a team of 5, each of us can easily switch time tracking on, we get to see how much time we've spend on each task, project etc. Invoicing is very simple, you can directly send invoices to clients, see if the client received your invoice and what time the email was opened.
