The interface is intuitive, and it’s easy to keep an overview of projects and team performance. The customer service is also outstanding — they respond quickly, are always friendly, and really try to solve your issue instead of just giving standard answers. **What do you dislike about zistemo?** While zistemo is a strong tool overall, some areas could use improvement. The interface, although clean, can feel a bit cluttered when managing many projects or team members at once. Certain advanced functions — especially in resource planning and reporting — could be more intuitive and flexible. Occasionally, smaller performance issues or delays appear when switching between modules. It’s a solid platform, but there’s still room for optimization in usability and speed. **What problems is zistemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zistemo helps solve several key business challenges: it streamlines project management, tracks time accurately, and optimizes resource allocation. By centralizing all these functions, it saves time, reduces administrative overhead, and ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget. For me, this means more efficient workflows, better team coordination, and less stress when managing multiple projects at once. ### 2. I can track time to tasks, use Kanban Boards for our sprints and create invoices automatically every month. Customer service is answers pretty fast with good responses and also offers short online sessions for free – perfect when you starting with zistemo. **What do you dislike about zistemo?** Nothnig particually, in the beginning of using the software it could be a little overhelming because of the number of features. Custom reports are possible but you need to have basic knowledge on databases to use it. **What problems is zistemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, we had several tools but zistemo covers all of their functions – Asana, toggl, quickbooks. We really save a lot of time for billing because with zistemo we automate project billing completly. Still using quickbooks for bookkeeping but that’s super easy since zistemo has a native integration to quickbooks. ### 3. The second thing I loved was the overview with all individual colleagues regarding your days off and substitute requests where you can just skip the management (if you can that is). **What do you dislike about zistemo?** Sometimes it can get stuck for a longer amount of time (in Asana in my experience mostly) but to be very honest I haven't seen that problem for at least 4-5 months now, so it must have been an Asana problem. **Recommendations to others considering zistemo:** Take a short tour of the thing, it's very easy to use and to get used to. People dis on it, but it works like a charm and it's super useful. **What problems is zistemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** A very much easier response and getting an answer when it comes to annual vacation planning. Sending out requests when your HR or whoever is in charge of approving your vacation or sick days off, you can send one in advance and save time. ### 4. D. | Human Resources Recruiter, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019 **What do you like best about zistemo?** I like that allows me to manage accounts receivable in a more orderly, one of the characteristics is that when creating a project gives me the option to choose how the form of payment will be, if it will be by hours, by time stipulated, or for the total amount of the project, I like its interface as it is personalized, it allows me to register a portfolio of clients so that I only have to register it and when creating an invoice I just select it and the process becomes simpler, I like it because it allows me to work with my other colleagues and have control over the projects, since moneypenny lets us enter and be active in following up on projects. **What do you dislike about zistemo?** I do not like that some features may be complex when a project is being loaded, as I do not like that sometimes you need to invoice in another currency that does not show the dollar, and this does not have another foreign currency for billing. **Recommendations to others considering zistemo:** It is one of the best options that you can choose, help to improve your team to follow projects, the billing becomes easier and more flexible, and is the best way to generate information in a short time. **What problems is zistemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** That the treatment of a client is very important in a company for its growth, and own a software of this magnitude is important since it helps and collaborates in the follow-up of projects, work in equipment, improves the control of expenses, and the electronic invoicing more controlled and detailed so that our customers feel more satisfied. ### 5. all in 1 **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2017 **What do you like best about zistemo?** Moneypenny is all I need to run a business. We are a team of 5, each of us can easily switch time tracking on, we get to see how much time we've spend on each task, project etc. Invoicing is very simple, you can directly send invoices to clients, see if the client received your invoice and what time the email was opened. **What do you dislike about zistemo?** there's nothing we are missing in Moneypenny software **Recommendations to others considering zistemo:** This is a great toool to help for team collaboration and easy invoicing.
