What do you like best about Zinc?

Eeasy to use UX.

Simple processes and building of checks packages.

Integrations with our systems allowing different teams to collaborate.

Quick setup and implentation.

We use it practically daily and it has saved us hours of People resource.

Customer Service is respsonsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinc?

The only downside I can think of is outside of their control re: timing of criminal records checks being returned, but if their could be a more accurate prediction of the return of the check it would be great.

What do you like best about Zinc?

Really quick DBS turnaround time because of the fact that mandatory documents are checked automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinc?

You can’t tick on separate checks - every check needs to be a part of a package. Therefore lots of different packages need to be set up first. It’s inconvenient when you need to make an edit in one thing (even something simple like an email template) - it needs to be updated separately.
