**What do you like best about Zinc API?**

Zinc provides us with a service we need. While providing this service, it does it in a highly reliable and uninterrupted way. The most important point we care about is that they are constantly improving their product.

**What do you dislike about Zinc API?**

There is not much we can say negatively. The point that we can call open to improvement can be the increase in the number of resources it provides data.

**What problems is Zinc API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a package forwarding and shopping assistant service, we were not providing our users with enough information about the products they could buy. Although our service is basically a simple service, it is necessary to provide up-to-date and reliable information about the products they want to buy and direct them to use this service. In order to ensure this, we had to overcome the problems we were experiencing

**What do you like best about Zinc API?**

Super powerful API for ordering Amazon products. They offer managed accounts if you don't want to stress over using your own. Very responsive and helpful team. They will fix any issues quickly and are open to building out custom features.

**What do you dislike about Zinc API?**

Every now and then, their API will experience outages, typically with their product data endpoints. Though, this is likely due to Amazon making front-end changes. They are usually quick to fix.

**What problems is Zinc API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zinc gives us real-time access to Amazon product data (price, ship times, seller info, etc), which is needed to give our users the best possible experience. Further, they enable us to place orders on Amazon programmatically, saving hundreds of hours of manual labor per week.
