**What do you like best about Zervicio?**

saving time, when time is money, most helpful for multiple customers asking for a solution to the same problem, this could be one of the best SAAS software after updating its working.

**What do you dislike about Zervicio?**

this software has launched long ago but still needed some improvements, overall does its job done but can be better

**What problems is Zervicio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to manage 2 to 3 resources for customer support, with Zervicio it limited to 1 person for a single shift
