It is one of the software I use to convert visitors who come to my site to become my customer and avail of the services. It is one of the far most hassle-free software I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing which I don't like about zepcall is that it only provides call solutions and no attached chatting options; sometimes, it may happen that many team members can't pick up the phone, so an inbuilt agent (bot) should be introduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
