What do you like best about ZenWorkflow?

I like ZenWorkflow because it keeps everything organized and gives me clarity over clients, making things efficient for my day-to-day tasks from one software. It's very complex yet extremely easy to use, providing everything is very accessible even to people new to technology. The transition was very easy as ZenWorkflow helped us, and now there's nothing more we need for our company as it fully covers our needs. We're extremely happy with it, and I rate it a 10! What do you like best about ZenWorkflow?

I find ZenWorkflow really effective for controlling my day-to-day work, including client management, billing, and timesheets. I like that I honestly appreciate everything about it. The logic and flow are well captured, which makes it a system that fits my needs perfectly, even eliminating the need for other tools beyond Outlook and CaseWare. What do you dislike about ZenWorkflow?

I think notifications can be better and maybe reports. I want to be certain I don't miss out on KYC expiries or due dates on workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
